Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef with night shift experience.
• Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
• A culinary qualification would be advantageous.

This is a live-out role.
