Key Accountabilities

 

  • Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, facilitating, and supervising the training team to ensure a seamless and paperless process.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs to certify and enhance the skills of departmental trainers.
  • Oversee the trainee and internship programs, building and maintaining relationships with educational partners.
  • Ensure all training records and materials are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and accessible for audits.
  • Manage the L&TD budget and related payments.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on HR, education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel, HR or operations, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor role.
  • Proven experience as a trainer with strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
