Key Accountabilities
- Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, facilitating, and supervising the training team to ensure a seamless and paperless process.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to certify and enhance the skills of departmental trainers.
- Oversee the trainee and internship programs, building and maintaining relationships with educational partners.
- Ensure all training records and materials are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and accessible for audits.
- Manage the L&TD budget and related payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on HR, education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel, HR or operations, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor role.
- Proven experience as a trainer with strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
