The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing end -to -end housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back -of -house areas.

Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back -of -house

Ensure rooms meet brand standards before guest check -in
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor occupancy levels and plan staffing accordingly
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with Front Office for room readiness, VIP arrivals, and special requests
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Supervise supervisors, room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties
<\/p><\/li>
Train teams on SOPs, safety procedures, grooming standards, and guest interaction
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor performance and support staff evaluations
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Conduct regular room inspections and public area audits
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and brand standards
<\/p><\/li>
Implement corrective actions for identified gaps
<\/p><\/li>
Support high performance in internal and external quality audits
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and equipment
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain par levels and consumption controls
<\/p><\/li>
Track laundry operations and outsourced vendor quality
<\/p><\/li>
Assist with budgeting and cost optimization
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Handle housekeeping -related guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate special setups and amenities for VIP guests
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and chemical handling standards
<\/p><\/li>
Assist in preparing operational reports and maintain housekeeping documentation
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance follow -ups
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Housekeeping Management
<\/p><\/li>
3–6 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in luxury or upscale hotel environments preferred
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with PMS and housekeeping management systems
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
