Job description

• Oversee Club management & operation in related to Housekeeping, Front Office, Butlers and Food & Beverage areas

• Establish operating policies & standards to ensure compliance

• Implement training plan, schedules & control measures

• Ability to develop and manage annual budget aligning with the Resort's business plan & strategies

• Implement new concepts and ideas to give new dimension

Job requirement

• 10 years in the capacity of Manager in hospitality environment

• Good knowledge and experience in food & beverage preferred

• Creative and energetic character

• Strong leadership and willingness to share

• Experience in handling event and planning set-up of new area will be an advantage

• Enthusiastic, team player and trainer

• Overseas experience will be an advantage
