What We’re Looking For

• Strong and extensive Knowledge and Passion for various music genres, including Pop, R&B, Hip-Hop and Electronic, as well as an Awareness of International Music Trends.
  
• Excellent Networking and Interpersonal Skills with a demonstrated ability to Build Relationships and Collaborate with Artists, Record Labels, and Talent Agencies.
  
• Experience in Organising and Executing Music Events, Parties, and Live Performances.
  
• Proficiency and familiarity with the Technical Requirements for Live Performances are a plus.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  
• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
  
• Exceptional Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with Artists and their Management Teams prior to events, confirming Technical Requirements, Hospitality Preferences, and any Bespoke Arrangements.
  
• Collaborates seamlessly with our Internal Event Planning Team to meticulously Organise all Logistical Details, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for both Artists and Attendees.
  
• Coordinates with relevant departments to fulfil Artist Requests, creating a Luxurious, Encouraging and Perfectly Curated environment for their Preparation and Relaxation.
  
• Oversees the flawless execution of Artist Schedules, including Sound Checks, Rehearsals, and Performance Timelines.
  
• Proactively addresses any Unforeseen Issues, working closely with Venue Staff to run a Next-Level event.
  
• Upholds FIVE’s commitment to exceptional service by intuitively Anticipating and Fulfilling the unique needs of Artists and their Entourage. This may include organising a delectable Dining Experience, arranging Visits to bespoke Tourist Attractions, or executing any other External Requests with a focus on offering them a ‘FIVE-Star’ experience.
  
• Extends a Sensational Welcome to Artists upon arrival, ensuring a ‘FIVE-Styled’ check-in process.
  
• Cultivates Positive Relationships with Artists, creating a glamorous environment for them, which reflects our commitment to their Professional and Personal Wellbeing.
  
• Serves as the Central Point of Communication between Artists, Venue Staff, and Event Organisers, ensuring an Efficient and Clear flow of Communication where everyone is Involved, Informed and Aligned.
  
• Elevates the behind-the-scenes 'Vibe at FIVE,’ ensuring a Buzzing Atmosphere for our FIVE Tribe Members.
  
• Actively participates in the ‘FIVER’ Community and continuously and enthusiastically promotes FIVE through Exciting Announcements and Award-Winning Initiatives.
  
• Acts as an ambassador of the FIVE Tribe, embodying the Bold and Disruptive Spirit that makes us an Industry-leading Visionary in the luxury hospitality sector.
