Job Description

We are seeking a professional and decisive AM Outlet Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet during the morning shift, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of resources.

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Create staff schedules and manage payroll for the morning shift
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail or food and beverage management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
  • Understanding of local food regulations and health codes
  • Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required
  • Ability to work early morning hours and weekends as needed
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office suite
