We are looking for All Day Dining (ADD) Sous Chef

 

As an ADD Sous Chef we rely on you to:

  • Develop the menu to ensure the dining experience is always fun with wide selection of menu and rotation
  • Ensure a high quality of food & beverage is provided at all times in compliance to the Shangri-La Food Safety Standard
  • Leads the team to enhance personalized Guest dining experience
  • Ensure daily operation of the kitchen running smoothly
  • Maximise profitability for the outlet and strong in controlling cost
  • Support Executive Chef on daily operation


We are looking for someone who:

  • Passion for Food & Beverage, enjoy being creative with attention to details
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Strong Leadership to the team in positive manner / approach
  • Has experience in similar capacity at International Chain Hotel
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa both in written & spoken
  • Committed to serving food of the highest quality
  • Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
  • Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
