POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced, full-time accounting clerk/bookkeeper with at least 2 years of property management accounting experience to join our fast-growing team. Working under our Senior Staff Accountant, you'll be responsible for creating, reviewing and maintaining accounting records in the Streamline property management system (PMS) in the daily, weekly and monthly accounting workflows for trust/escrow accounting on behalf of our property owners and guests.
The position requires meticulous attention to detail, superior organization skills, ability to learn and adapt to software platforms, and impeccable trust and integrity. This is a full-time role. Work hours for this position are flexible but we will request some availability during PST (Los Angeles) hours and some availability on U.S. weekends during accounting cycles.
