JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team, providing guidance and support to team members.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective payment & reconciliation processes.

  • Monitor team performance and ensure delivery on SLAs & KPIs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Oversee the reconciliation of TPS accounts and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings and lead the implementation of these improvements.

  • Prepare and present reports on TPS performance to management.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payments.

  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in AP or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Excellent to Fluent English communication (spoken & written).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Atlas and SAP

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
