As a Pastry Chef, we rely on you to:
作为一个饼房厨师长，您需要

• Be in charge of the pastry division to ensure full operational efficiency, driving of quality standards, while providing a high level of staff engagement and personal management.

           全面负责饼房的运作，推动质量标准，提供高水准的员工管理。

• Create and develop menus and recipes for regular rotation with the culinary leaders in each western outlets.

          与厨房部门一起创建和开发新的菜单和食谱

• Build collaborative relationships with suppliers to provide/ achieve the best price and quality when purchasing foods and products.

          与供应商建立合作关系，在采购食品和产品时提供/实现最佳价格和质量

• Maintain the highest standard of food quality and sanitation standards.
  保持最高的食品质量和卫生标准

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has a passion for KIT
    对厨房有很高的热情

2. Always thinks outside of the box，Enjoys being creative
   能跳出思维定定式，喜欢创新

3. Has experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment for more than 3 years
   有3年以上国际五星级酒店的工作经验

4. Always aware of latest market trends and industry updates
   了解最新的市场趋势和行业变化
